Raw methylation data? I need IDAT files.

I did my TruDiagnostic TruAge Complete.

I got reports for Horvath, Hunnam, Telomere Length, and DunedinPACE, but they do not provide GrimAge. 

I found a company that does the GrimAge calculation for 45 USD but they need the raw DNA methylation files in IDAT format produced by the Illumina sequencers which TruDiagnostic uses (and probably every company uses).    I e-mailed support@trudiagnostic.com 4 days ago and received no response.   I am wondering if anyone else has tried to get their raw DNA methylation data and how they went about doing it.
