My protocol includes (on 6/14/23)
2 days per week fasting.
Allowed water, coffee black. From the evening to the morning of the day after tomorrow or in two days if I do 2 days in a row. Sometimes I do 2 days in a row, sometimes separately.
Morning "soup" (approx.): 4 tbsp dry parsley, 1 tbsp dry dill, 1 tbsp dry oregano, 10g sunflower
lecitin, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 2 g turmeric, 1 g cinnamon, 0.3 g black pepper, 1 tsp cumin seeds,
salt, 1 tbsp MCT oil (C-8). Mix with warm water, blend.
Morning foods (approx.): broccoli sprouts homegrown (50 g), 20g spirulina/chlorella mix, 1 tbsp
nutritional yeast, 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds, 1 tbsp hemp hearts, 1/2 to 1 can of sardines and/or
cod liver and/or clams or oysters (sometimes). 1/2 of lemon with peels.
Morning supplements: 5 g creatine, 6 g glycine, 20 g collagen peptides, 500 mg niacin, 1 g CaAKG,
1.5 g TMG, 500 mg vitamin C, 2500IU vitamin D3, 300 mg R-ALA, 2400 mg NAC, 250 mg
hyaluronic acid, 1500 mg glucosamine
Evening supplements: 160 mg magnesium, 1200 mg berberine,
(every other evening): 125 mg fisetin, 100 mg trans-resveratrol, 700 mg turmeric, 1000 mg
leucine, 2 capsules BroccoMax (sulforaphane)
Weekly, "Super B-Complex" - half a tablet
Monthly, for 3 days: 1000 mg trans-resveratrol, 1600 mg fisetin, 1000 mg quercetin.
Diet restricts sugar, limits bread, potato, other simple carbs, also processed foods in general. I eat steak, chicken, fish, a variety of nuts. I eat green salads with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, a lot of berries like blueberries, strawberries, raspberries. A little bit of other fruits especially in season.
I eat avocado, eggs (1-2 a week), cheeses, like aged cheddar, feta, parmesan. I eat a big carrot a day.
I moderately drink good red wine. I take 2 tbsp of vinegar with water when I eat.
Also, I drink pomegranate juice 4-8 oz a few days of the week.
Also, I eat a bit of a dark chocolate daily.
Related to the activies, I try to walk outside for 4 miles daily, also in the days I fast I go to sauna (dry and wet) and also swim in the cold water pool.
Also, for the last 4 month I do the breating excersices with Wim Hof method and take a cold shower.
